By downloading, accessing, or using the Tipza mobile application (“Tipza” or “the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Tipza is a digital tool designed to help users calculate, record, and share tip distributions among team members. The app provides calculation logic based on user-provided inputs such as total tip amounts, working hours, and multipliers.

Tipza does not process payments, transfer money, or act as a payroll or accounting service.

3. Eligibility and user accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tipza. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using an email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Tip calculations and fairness disclaimer

Tipza performs mathematical calculations based solely on the information and preferences entered by users. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All tip amounts, working hours, and multipliers are provided by users
• Rounding rules may result in minor differences or carry-over balances
• Tipza does not guarantee fairness, legal compliance, or correctness of outcomes
• The app does not determine who is entitled to receive tips or in what amount

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and agreeing on the final results.

5. No financial, legal, or payroll advice

Tipza is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. The app does not provide financial, legal, tax, or payroll advice. You should not rely on Tipza as a substitute for professional advice or official payroll systems.

6. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Tipza for unlawful purposes
• Intentionally input false or misleading data
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the app
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations

7. Data and content ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Tipza. By using the app, you grant Tipza a limited right to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Service availability and changes

Tipza is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipza and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Disputes between users
• Incorrect calculations resulting from user-provided input
• Lost or unsaved data

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Tipza at any time if these terms are violated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Germany.
